(b) Human Resource: GSKVM team consists of 25 full time workers, who belong to discipliner of social activists and experienced in Rural Development. All together 20 states from different background are integral part of the GSKVM for smooth operationalization of project activities. The organization has a genuine mix of staffs whose breakup as below.

Poor Status, Self estrangement and xenophobic tendencies :
